Star Performances
Amongst the entire crew, it was probably the cinematographer who was remotely interested in the job. For all the flaws of this film, it was this guy who at least attempted to make this film aesthetically appealing.
Analysis
‘Vishayam Veliya Theriyakoodathu Nasukka Seyyanum,’ which loosely translates to ‘The Secret Should Not Come Out.’ However, if you manage to survive this film, the first question that comes to your mind is: ‘What was the secret?’
It seems that the makers of this film shot this film without a proper script. By the time they realized the need for the same, they attempted to disguise the disaster as a black comedy, succeeding at none. Despite the film being less than 2 hours long, it seems like a ceaseless snoozefest.
Now Tamil cinema is no stranger to black comedies. However, even the worst of the commercial potboilers at least had the skeleton of a script. This film lacks even that bare minimum. Each scene was followed by another that had no connection at all to the previous one
The actors [if there are any] were either completely clueless or compensated for the absence of a script with overacting. This is the first movie for Sentrayan as an acting lead. However, even he is helpless in front of a screenplay as nonexistent as the one in this film. Probably the only guy who was even remotely interested in his job was Oli Kutty, the cinematographer. His camerawork at least ensured that the product was aesthetically visual if nothing else.

What's Not There?
Verdict
‘Vishayam Veliya Theriyakoodathu Nasukka Seyyanum’ should be a good case study of how not to make a film. The comedy is nonexistent despite the film claiming so. The only saving grace, if any, is the camerawork of the film, which gives the film its rustic appeal. This film is like a can of beans best left unopened.
