A casteist father kills his daughter, as she fell in love with a low caste boy. The lover, who finds out that his lady love is dead, becomes mentally ill. Similarly, a high caste biggie’s sister falls for a low caste boy. The casteist brother doesn’t want their relationship to continue. What did he do? What’s the link between both stories? The leads did what is expected of them. Vela Krishnasamy and Arul Anbazhagan did justice to the given roles.
This is not a different story. The same old plot had been penned and we witness the same treatment from the past. The comedy scenes are boring. The performances of the stars are just okay. If the story is a bit different and the characters are strongly designed, we could expect some strong performance from the stars. The music composition is okayish and so does the cinematography. The director tries to speak about the casteist society and how the lovers are affected by the caste discriminations.
What’s Not There?
As the plot is not unique, we find nothing new. The execution is not much impressive too. If you don’t have any movies to watch, you could try this!
