Meenakshi Kaadhalan Elangovan has released silently after much delay. Let’s see how it has turned out.
Plot
There is a feud between the families of heroine Abinitha and hero Sarathy for four years. Hence, they fight with each other often. Since their hatred is intense, Abinitha and Sarathy decide to fall in love with other, thereby putting a full stop to the feud. But ironically the hatred doesn’t dwindle even after this decision. In fact, it only aggravates the situation; their love is also not approved. In the meantime, Saravanan, a big shot in the village, supports their love. He gives them refuge in his house. He also plans to get them married. But since Abinitha has not crossed 18 years the marriage plans doesn’t fructify. What happens later? Does Saravanan get the lovebirds married? Watch the movie to find out.
Star Performances
Abinitha has a powerful character, and she has done an outstanding job. The scenes in which she supports her love to Sarathy’s and her parents deserve applause. As for Sarathy he has done a neat job and is appealing.

, as Sarathy’s father, fits his role to the T while Saravanan deserves accolades for his intense performance.
Analysis
The movie is interspersed with comedy and sentiments. Director S N Ariram has the guts to bring the real twist to the story in the first half itself (watch the movie to know the twist) and he she should be appreciated for this.
