Plot
This movie revolves around a 12-year-old boy who hails from a middle-class family. The center of the plot is how his imaginations and realities play together into saving the village by means of a skating competition.
Analysis
Pallikoodam is a Malayalam language film. It is a social drama written and directed by Gireesh P C Palam. The movie targets the kids and goes through the nostalgias of a 12-year-old. The movie has pleasant cinematography for a low budget film. The director could have made a better film by just changing a few elements. The music is not that good, but the sounds effects are bearable.
Star Performance
The kids act like kids, that’s all that can be said acting wise. The other cast members give forgettable performances.
What’s there?
1) A story that appeals to kids
2) Fun and entertaining plot.
What’s not there?
1) Irritating music
2) Illogical scenes which have no bearing on the movie.
Verdict
You could skip this movie if you don’t have enough patience.
