Plot
Ramachandran is a retired SI. He sets up an investigation agency, after his friends suggest him do so. His first case is about a woman’s murder. A single woman who left her drunkard husband was living with her daughter. After her daughter eloped, the woman was murdered. In the police investigation, a person was wrongly accused. How Ramachandran deals with the case and how he finds out the culprits form the rest of the film.
Star Performance
Shajon did an excellent job as the investigation officer. He fit well in the role and with his body language and dialogue modulations, Shajohn impressed the audience. Sudheer Karamana’s performance needs a special mention. He did justice to the given role. Anumol has given out an impressive performance. Anand Manmadhan was given a decent role, which he used it well.
Analysis
The story is neatly penned and the character of Ramachandran Retd. SI is developed finely. The character is written with a balance and Shajon manages it well with dual sides: one as a soft-hearted and the other as a serious person. However, not all the characters get a strong back story or support. The screenplay and dialogues are pretty okay. The camera work is well and the visuals of South Kerala are aesthetic. The production values are not impressive.
