Plot
A man having an affair with a married woman gets in a tight spot when her husband suddenly returns home. Locked in the bathroom, he enlists the help of his three friends but the situation somehow escalates to the extent that the whole neighborhood gets involved in the mess.

, putting the protagonists in an awkward position which they've got to pull themselves out of by their bootstraps. The awkward and embarassing situation in question is when one person out of a group of four friends ends up sleeping with a married woman, and the rest of the group has to somehow get him out of a bathroom so he can escape before the woman's husband discovers him. As expected, the entire thing gets blown out of proportion somehow and other parties start getting involved as well- which are plot points that have already been overused by a lot of Bollywood and regional indian films.

Verdict
In all honesty, Himalayathile Kashmalan is a movie that is rotten to its core. The cast is unexceptional, the humour is crass and the dialogue is average at it's best and awkward beyond belief at its worst. The only reason behind the recommendation of this movie to anyone is to serve as a masterclass on how NOT to do a comedy film.
