Plot
Geeta, Jasmine and Divya, who work as flight attendants for Kohinoor Airlines, come across a discreet gold-smuggling operation led by the owner of their airline company after the death of a senior flight attendant. With financial difficulties and personal obligations acting as incentive, the three women get embroiled in the operation as active participants.
Star Performance
The cast of Crew delivers impeccable performances, with Tabu, Kareena and Kriti being absolutely flawless in the depiction of their characters.
Analysis
Crew is a flawlessly executed heist comedy with the icing on the cake being the engaging women-centric storyline. Crew definitely owes it’s box-office hit status to it's superb cinematography and fantastic direction, as well as the thrilling screenplay. The movie’s soundtrack deserves a special mention as it greatly aids in the overall appeal of the movie and audience engagement: "Naina" is a definite hit with people of all ages, especially Gen-Z audiences. It is equal parts humorous and entertaining, and keeps you waiting to watch what's going to happen further.
The real essence of the movie however, lies in it’s exceptional cast. All the cast members are equally talented and deliver stunning performances in “Crew”- stars Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon are absolutely brilliant in the depiction of their characters, Diljit Dosanjh’s acting is funny and interesting and the movie even features a special cameo from Kapil Sharma.
Although the humor could be improved in some areas, and the pacing could have been better, Crew still makes for an highly exciting watch. It’s a vibrant movie that has little to no surface flaws.

Verdict
Crew is the kind of movie you'd have to think about for a while to come up with flaws. It is outstanding in it's objective to entertain and induce some laughs, with a stellar cast, equally riveting storyline and well-executed direction. Add in the catchy and vibrant musical score, and it's a movie you'd not only think about rewatching, but suggesting to your friends as well.
