Serial blasts in Delhi shocks the entire Nation. Many were killed and many were injured. ACP Sanjay Kumar and his team deal with the case. They chase and capture two IM Operatives, the rest of the two escape from them. Although the Police risk their life, many people, including the media, some activists and some politicians, blame the police and suspect their encounter. What are the steps taken by Sanjay and his people to prove that they are not guilty? Watch the movie to get the answer!
John Abraham fits in the role perfectly. He played exceptionally well as a police officer and a family man too. Mrunal Thakur’s performance is quite decent. Ravi Kishan did a neat job. Rajesh Sharma’s role is a bit dramatic.
The story is neat and the screenplay is impressive. The casting team had worked hard to cast the right stars in the roles and they had succeeded in it. The characterizations are perfect except for a couple of roles including the one of Rajesh Sharma. His makeup didn’t suit him and his character seems to be a bit dramatic. Besides this, an item song had been forcedly inserted for a commercial touch. If a couple of negativities had been avoided, then it would have been excellent. The production and technical values are superb.
What’s Not There?
Batla House is a genuine attempt by the team. The film has a lot of positives, including the script, screenplay, direction and performances. Batla House – Watchable!
