Plot

Saloni Bagga, a chef, is married to Akhil Chadha. Akhil longs to have a family, but Saloni longs for stardom. She leaves her husband and moves to Mussourie to have a fresh start in her life. She had a one-night stand with Gurbir Pannu, her boss. Akhil visits her on the same day and she gets confused. She gets pregnant and her doctor informs her that she is carrying twins of two different men, and that’s a rare case. Meanwhile, Akhil and Gurbir try to impress her to get settled with her. What will be Saloni’s decision? The rest of the story speaks about their lives.

Star Performance

Vicky Kaushal excels in his role as a caring husband, and earns the sympathy of the audience with his performance. Ammy Virk does what was required for his role. Tripti doesn’t gel with the comedy scenes, but shines in some emotional scenes.

Analysis

The story is very simple with no confusion. The confusion lies in the acceptance of the lead character between two men. Though the stars did what was required, except for Vicky, the rest of the stars are not much impressive. Until the second half, the main content didn’t get revealed, making the audience slightly boring. The film opens with the cameos to build up the story, but those are not so impressive to boost up the plot. Though there were a couple of messages given, they were not presented in an impressive way. The visuals are cool and the music is decent.
