Plot
Geeta is Vidyadhar’s daughter. She is in her tenth grade. She gets a good marriage proposal from Kundan. However, she fails her exams, making her father not accept the proposal until she passes the tenth exams. Kundan’s mother Malti can’t accept this condition of passing the exams before marriage. But Kundan keeps his ego aside and helps Geeta in her studies. Did she pass the exams? Did she get married to Kundan? The rest of the film showcases the educational system and society.
Star Performance
Kashika is quite decent in her performance. Anuj did justice to the given role. Both their chemistry is good. Atul and Alka are the top performers.
Analysis
The writing is genuine. The makers have tried to showcase the societal issues that are still to be solved. The script projects the struggle of a woman in getting her basic rights. The director slowly peels off the patriarchal society and brings the necessary impact that everyone expects. The comedy scenes are not impressive. The BGM could’ve been scored better.
