Star Performance
The most important feature of a computer-animated film is dubbing. The actors dubbed the movie amazingly. Kelly Clarkson's voice sounded innocent and hopeful when she takes the role of Moxy. Janelle Monae’s character as Mandy was cute. Wang Leehom as Lucky Bat sounds wise and advisory, which fits the part of the character well. Bebe Rexha, Charlie XCX, and Lizzo as spy girls were so good. Nick Jonas, as Lou being a narcissist, is something unexpected to him. Gabriel Iglesias as Babo was funny and clumsy. This character will make you laugh while watching the film. All the others characters' voices blended with their character's very well.
Analysis
From animation to dubbing, everything was perfect. The film has a plenty number of singers. Thus, the music and songs in this film are amazing. Music and songs are catchy. Dialogues are great but not as good as expected. Specific, relevant social messages are shown in the film. One can compare it to Toy Story, but both movies have different themes, even if the focus is on Toys or Dolls. The film focuses more on music than the story, so sometimes the story becomes deliberately lengthy. Moreover, the film is focused on kids of the age group 5 – 12, so adults would not enjoy it properly. There are frequent funny parts that make us smile and laugh. Their journey to Big World was crazy. The plot twist was shocking. The start and the end are well executed.
