PLOT:
In 1936, a couple William & Hellen Hemsley who are suffering from ultimate poverty, gave birth to identical twin boys. On the other hand, Reece Wade and Louise were confirmed that they would not do not have any children. So William decided to give one of his boy to their family, as this may be the God's blessing.
Drexel William (Blake Rayne) becomes an iconic rock'n'roll star and shines in the music field whereas Ryan Wade (Blake Rayne as another twin) struggles in his career and in his life, and he is directed to become preacher by his father, but he is more interested in writing and composing music. He gets support from his wife to gain confidence for fulfilling his musical dreams and flourish. The story becomes to be the reconciliation of the twin to his family members.
ANALYSIS:
This film is emotionally driven and is more of a centric relationship type of storytelling. It starts with a slow and boring pace, with a certain gain in pace as it turns out into a dramatic movie. Then it moves as a laughable with incomprehensible one, with the scenes of coincidence and Ryan Wade’s depression in the sign of failure. The story moves as a cinematic Trail of Tears, dragging the story even far beyond the line it should have been ended. It gives a good feel of hope, support and confidence.
STAR PERFORMANCE:
The Star Cast is good and they have executed the characters properly but the dialogues pulled them down. Blake Rayne uses the duo characterization as a chance to prove his ability to produce some changeover performances and gains credit in that.
