Plot
The story revolves around a girl named Arlen who gets abandoned in a wasteland far from civilization in Texas. While trying to navigate her way back home, she gets captured by a group of cannibals who are being led by a mysterious man from Miami. The story then follows a series of events with Arlen trying to escape the bad batch and how her life changed in the process of it.
Star Performance
Suki Waterhouse, in the lead role, has done an excellent job. She makes her character feel very powerful, and her reactions to different situations in the film are very natural and human. She articulates her emotions very well on-screen, which engages the audience with the film’s mood, thus making it a thrilling experience to watch the film.
