Plot
Buddy, a dog, in 1969 is launched into space, but because of some misfunction, he lands in the present-day world in Glenfield. When he encounters a human here, he acts wired and runs away from him. Buddy sees a police car and runs after it, where he sees a dog named victor being taken to the animal pound. Buddy goes to a nearby alley where he is whisked away by TurboCat, Felix, who tells him that the humans hate animals and that the animals are put in the animal pound, and then no one knows what happens to those animals there. Buddy realizes that he has lost his capsule, He tells Felix everything about him and asks for Felix’s help, who barely believes him. After some set of events, they meet Cassidy, a rabbit who Felix has a crush on, and together they plan things to send buddy back to his home.
Star Performance
The characters in the movie are cute and unique in their own way. All of them are made fun, and they all have good screentime to develop their characters. The dubbing for each character was done very well. The animation was good if we kept in mind that the budget is limited for this movie.
Analysis
The movie targets a very young age group. But of course, you can watch an animated movie no matter how old. Animated movies never get old. If we see the animation aspect of the film, there are cliches, and it is not the best animation out there, but it is not that bad also. The storyline is borrowed and full of tropes. There is nothing new or inspiring in this movie. The plot is predictable and par for the course. The movie is for the young age group, and it remained that way. If you are a fan of animated movies, you know how things work out, and what a film needs to be worth watching especially animated movies. The movie focuses on elementary school kids, and it is a very good movie for them, but it doesn’t have anything memorable per se.

The movie is excellent for small kids, but it didn’t capture the attention of the older age group. The movie could’ve been much better with good animation.
