penned down this musical teen classic comedy, “Mean Girls,” directed by Samantha Jayne and Arturo Perez Jr. The movie is based on Mark Water’s 2004 high school drama. This fun high school comic features some of the finest actors: Angourie Rice, Renee Rapp, Aulii Cravalho, and Christopher Briney. Tina Fey is playing the role from her original film. The movie premiered on January 8, 2024 in New York City.
Plot
Cady Heron (Angourie Rice) is a homeschooled girl from Kenya who recently shifted to a United States with her mother. Initially, she struggled to fit in her new stereotyped high school. Eventually, one day, Cady seeks the attention of three pretty and popular girls from her school, also known as the “Plastics,” without trying hard. She started to be with them all the time. Cady was so obsessed with plastics that she copied their hairstyles and clothes. Cady thought this friendship would be one of the coolest things, but ironically, this friendship takes a lot away from Cady Heron. You will find it out after watching the movie!
Analysis
The movie is quite relaxing and satisfying to watch as a high school romance drama, but if you take it seriously, it might offend you somewhere, as there is some dark humor in the movie. You will see how three mean girls body shame every other girl in their school. If you are not a big fan of concepts like bullying and gossiping, then I would say that movie is not for you. If you love watching mean and funny characters, you will keep watching and appreciating it again and again.
Its amazing to watch how brilliant the dialogue delivery is. Every character will leave a trace in your mind for a long time. I would say that the movie is a bit predictable, and there is no unique story, so it is better to skip the movie if you are a suspense lover.

It is better to expect less from this movie. Climax is very absurd and disconnected. In last fifteen minutes, you will learn how to be a better friend and a sounder human being. In short, the ending is not that mean. This movie is best for someone who wants to relive their high school life in their leisure time.
