) unintentionally opens a doorway between his kingdom and a race of giants, it revives an ancient war. The huge and scary roam the earth for the first time and try to win their land back they lost a long time ago.Â
Jack now has to face a huge army of foes which he thought only existed in stories Roaming on the Earth for the very first time in centuries; the scary giants seek to win their land they lost long ago. Now, Jack faces an army of these fearsome giants that he thought existed only in legend.Â
He shows bravery and fights against these giants for his kingdom and its people. In between all these, he wins the love of a princess and becomes a legend himself. The story is simple, same old clichéd plot, but the acting performances are not good, nor are the visual effects great.Â
This can be very irritating to those expecting a mature fantasy movie based on its rating and advertising, as sometimes it feels too silly. However being a family film, this combination of violence and silliness makes it somewhat a perfect blend for the family films of the 1980's and 1990's respectively.Â
The Giants are shown as gross and extensively high tempered like the ones in The Hobbit. The character grows gradually, however, the acting is not at all appreciable. Towards the end, we already know the story but it has been extended just to make it interesting.Â
Well, it is not the best movie but certainly entertaining for kids. There is no much violence was shown, no bloodshed despite the fight sequences. It is a fun movie to watch.
