is a movie about future where time is all about money. People stop aging at 25, and only possible way to live is to steal, inherit more time and earn. Living life to the fullest and a minute at a time, Will Salas gets the access to the world of wealthy and the rich where he meets a young woman, he teams up with her and destroys the corrupt system.
The movie is somewhat similar to Niccol’s Gattaca; the only difference is that Gattaca was more about genetic perfection. In time consists of clever ideas which could not be delivered properly. Justin Timberlake continues to impress the audiences with his brilliant performance. But it seems that this role does not suit him much and he could have opted for a better script especially after ‘

’. There were good action scenes and even the drama was well done. It keeps you exciting throughout and makes you wonder what will happen next.
The back story could have been worked upon a little bit more; it is not very well written which causes the actors to be less trustable as their characters. The movie had everything, good actors and a great idea, but it failed because the story lost the variation and twists to meet the lowest common divisor, rather than asking questions or making the viewer think skillfully. One can see it only to be disappointed, the movie is not subtle.
Verdict: It lacks the essence of being a great film in spite of every good element.
