A lothario is an extremely attractive man who lures women but on the inside is a selfish person with a purpose to fulfill his own needs. Hot Air is a comedic drama about an aging lothario, Harold “Major” Patterson, played by Jere Burns of Justified. Major, imprisoned for his crimes against women, plans to escape prison. He does so by faking his death.
The police hand over the body to the family for Major’s funeral. In order to avoid more jail-time once the truth comes out, Major gets ready to flee the country as soon as he is taken out for his funeral. But he puts this plan to a halt when he finds out that about a son he never knew of.

The shooting of the film has taken place in Austin, Texas. Derek Seig director of the film Swedish Auto has taken up the project. Derek wrote the script himself along with Jeremy Goldstein. The movie release date is yet to be announced.
