Plot-
This film is a story of a former Basketball player, Chris Long (Brian Drolet), who is suffering from a knee injury, and has turned into a gym trainer. Chris found a new purpose when he joined the gym. His gym owner, Jack (Hoyt Richards), unshackles a remuneration plan for saving the future of the gym. They both try to transform the business of the gym into a reality show, which they neglected before. With all support and courage, all members of Chris’ gym, along with the owner, find a direction, and they turn into an alliance to save the gym.
Analysis-
The script is funny; there were many gags and comic scenes in the movie, but the movie is not polished enough to rescue the actors who were trying to turn into writers through this film. With the struggle in the gym, and after that, the support and coordination shown in the movie, bring the message of togetherness, which is good. However, a lot more could have been done.
Star Performances-
Drolet as Chris portrayed the sweet –natured sad sack, whereas Richards is playing the owner of the gym. Richards standouts well. There were many cameo appearances by dignitaries like Tom Arnold, Fabio, and

. Drolet tried hard to do well with his character, but his performance was below average.

This movie has comic portions, but very few were relevant.

The good screenplay is missing from the film. Drolet and Richards fail as writers.
