Kodi Ramakrishna passed away today, due to lung infection. Kodi Ramakrishna, who had directed movies in all the major southern languages and Hindi, breathed his last today at AIG Hospital in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. He was admitted to the hospital following breathlessness. He had been in the ICU and had been receiving the treatment. But, his body failed to recuperate to the medications and the legendary filmmaker started his journey to the eternal world. Ramakrishna had directed 110 +films. He was last seen directing the Kannada film “
Nagarahavu.” Kodi Ramakrishna’s movies including “
Arundhati” had been received well by the audiences and had been dubbed in various languages. He is the recipient of a lot of awards including Raghupathi Venkaiah Award. May his soul rest in peace! Our deepest condolences to his family members and friends!
