Akhil To Remake Dulquer Movie!

Dulquer Salmaan’s “Kammatti Paadam” directed by Rajeev Ravi has been receiving positive reports from the audiences, so far. Although, it didn’t get an instant success like ‘Charlie,” it gradually increases the number of audiences. Now, the film is in discussion to be remade in Telugu and Hindi. Arjun Kapoor, who prefers to play different roles, is contending to remake this film. Similarly, Akhil Akkineni, who wants to give a hit film to start his career well, has shown interest to remake Kammatti Paadam in Telugu. However, nothing has been finalized yet. The film is set against the backdrop of Cochin and has a gangster story in it. Prem Menon produced the film under Global United Media banner. The Akkineni scion Akhil had been planning to remake, “Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewaani.” But, the director Vamsi Paidipally opted out from the project as he has no interest in remaking movies for a while. Now, the young actor has been committed doing a film with HanuRaghavapudi, the helmer of “Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gadha.” Let us wait and watch, whether Akhil gets into the remake of Kammatti Paadam or not!
