"Arunadevi," who gained popularity in the Sun TV serial Metti Oli with “Chetan,” Vishwa, “Thirumurugan,” “Thiruselvam,” “Gayathri” and Bose Venkat has played in nearly thirty serials including Manaivi, Aasai, Chidambara Ragasiyam. She had also taken part in the Jodi No 1, the dance reality show, alongside “Nethran” and won the title too. After her marriage, she took a break in her acting career and now she is back to the form. She has signed doing Kalyana Veedu, a series. Aruna Devi has two girl babies. Besides looking after them, she had been running a play school in Chennai Adambakkam. She did an Advanced Diploma course in School Management and had been managing the school and she had also taken classes to the students. As she had returned to the serials, her dad is looking after the school.
