Nazriya To Return To Kollywood With Her OTT Debut

Nazriya Nazim Fahadh is back in Kollywood, but with a twist.

The Malayalam star is making her OTT debut with a Tamil project, titled ‘The Madras Mystery : Fall of a Superstar’. The web series will be streaming soon on the OTT channel Sony LIV.

Nazriya Nazim Fahadh will be playing a pivotal role in the crime drama, which is based on the murder of CS Lakshminathan, a case that changed the history of Tamilian cinema, and destroyed the career of its first superstar, MK Thyagraja Bhagavathar.

Nazriya Nazim Fahadh is well known for her work in Malayalam cinema. Before her marriage with Fahadh Faasil in 2014, she also occasionally worked in Tamil cinema. Her last movie was the bilingual Thirumanam Enum Nikkah, which was commercially successful.

Nazriya Nazim Fahadh was last seen in the comic thriller Sookshmadarshini, which marked her return to Malayalam cinema after four years. The movie co-starred Basil Joseph, Akhila Bhargava and Pooja Mohanraj in prominent roles, and was a surprise hit at the box office.
