Latest Update On RK Nagar!

RK Nagar election is fast approaching! After the death of “Jayalalithaa,” the constituency meets the poll second time. Rajesh Lakhani, the Election Commissioner of Tamilnadu, announced that there are no chances to use the paper ballot and only the electronic voting machines will be used, even though the constituency has more than eighty contestants. The election will be held on 12^th April 2017. Today is the last day for withdrawing the nomination petition and eight independent candidates withdrew their nomination and they are:

Kolanchi

Shanmugam

Kalaivanan

Agni Ramachandran

Tamilarasan

Loganathan

RS Rajesh and

Manmadhan

The main contestants in the election are “J Deepa,” Madhusoodanan, “T T V Dhinakaran,” Gangai Amaran and Marudhu Ganesh. All their nominations are reviewed and approved. The final list of the contestants will be announced, this evening.
