“Padmavati,” the film that has been in the talks of the entire nation is about the Rani Padmavati of Chittor. The queen, who is supposed to be a world beauty, lived in the 14^th century and she had a talking parrot. The parrot went to Chittor King Raja Rawal Ratan Singh and told about the beauty of Padmavati. After hearing this, the King visited the Swayamvar and married her. Meanwhile, Alauddin Khilji, who had been ruling Delhi, hears about the beauty of Padmavati and visits the Chittor court. Being mesmerized by the beauty of the queen, Alauddin arrests Rana and take him as a hostage. Angered by this, Rani Padmavati leads the army; fights with Alauddin Khilji troupe and brings back her husband. As Alauddin’s army is destroyed, he gathered huge force and tried to invade Chittor. As Padmavati felt that she couldn’t manage the forces, she commits suicide along with 16000 women.
