When the entire nation is praying for Abhinandan’s safe return, the senior Karnataka BJP leader Yeddyurappa stated that in the upcoming elections BJP would grab 22 seats in Karnataka out of 28 seats. This has created a great controversy. He said that the attack on Pakistan has hyped up BJP power and hence it is sure that the BJP will win this Parliamentary election. When there had been a controversy that there is some politics involved in the attack, Yeddyurappa’s speech has created a wrong impression.
“Siddaramaiah,” the former CM of Karnataka posted the controversial speech of Yeddyurappa and commented, “Shocking & disgusting to understand #BJPsPlot4Vote. It is unfortunate that @BJP4India is calculating electoral gains even before the dust has settled. No patriot shall derive such sadistic gains over soldiers' death, only a anti-nationalist can. What will RSS say about this?”
