S Durga… A Film Shot In DSLR Camera!

Sanal Kumar Sasidharan is a happy man now, as his “S Durga” has been receiving a decent response, after a huge protest. The film that shows various aspects of the life simultaneously is a new genre to Mollywood and it has gained the appreciation from the critics and audiences. It is exciting to know that the film is shot in a Sony DSLR camera. We have already heard that some films had been shot with iPhone. The lighting is superb and the scenes are perfect. The director has perfectly used the natural light. The long shots in the film resembled that of the Tamil film Kaadhal directed by Balaji Sakthivel. Similarly, the background is simple and suited well for the script. With the clear script and storytelling, the cinematography also impressed the audiences.
