Earlier reports were that no Kannada movie would be releasing today. It seems the producers have taken into account the release of Kabali. But, in a last minute, a Kannada movie is set for release alongside Kabali. Akshate is a Kannada movie that has Mythria Gowda doing the lead role.
Also, there are other stars in the movie as Raaj and Karthik. It has been revealed that the movie has managed to get a theater in Bangalore. As far, it is not known as to how many theaters will screen the Kannada movie, as most of the theaters will have Kabali hitting the screens.
