Sanjay Kanpur Gets Only Visitation Rights By Supreme Court.

The Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor Karisma Kapoor is a well known face from the famil >> Read More... and her husband Sanjay Kapur who are now separated have come to an arrangement about their two kids and the visitation rights.

The Supreme Court has come to the agreement that their kids Samaira and Kiaan will be living with Karisma Kapoor while Sunjay will only have visitation rights. 

She also won the house owned by her father - in - law in Mumbai. 

Both the parties have agreed to the terms and separated amicably. 

But the Supreme Court dismissed the case against her in - laws which she had filed earlier.

Sunjay wanted to transfer the case from Mumbai to Delhi, but it wasn't allowed by the court. He was apparently threatened by Don Ravi Pujari from entering the city again. The case was on from 2014 after the couple started fighting over the kids and other money matters and now is finally settled.
