has appealed to the court for anticipatory bail, and it has been granted as well. Rahul in his statements mentioned that Pratyusha was a drug addict. While her lawyer says different, the case is a mess with a lot of loopholes that fit in.
Nilesh Pawaskar, the lawyer, told the media after the SC changed the bail date that Rahul was a drug peddler and may have forced Pratyusha into drugs.
About the abortion, the lawyer believes his client was deeply affected, and there is proof in the telephonic conversations of how sad Pratyusha was but Rahul seemed least bothered about it.
