Aerial Silk is the acrobatic dance form. It requires a person to climb a suspended fabric without the help from any other material. This form strengthens the core and maximises the flexibility. Pooja Hegde, the Miss Universe India 2010 runner-up girl is the heroine of Mohenjo Daro, the latest flick of Hrithik Roshan. The actress has been practising the aerial silk, after getting inspired by the international singer, Pink. "I saw her perform this at the Grammy's and have been obsessed ever since. I had a fear of height. I wasn't flexible either. While the fear still remains, my overall fitness level has increased," said Pooja in her latest interview with a magazine.
