, Kangana Ranaut’s third National Award win is something that makes her feel proud and strong.
She was in the capital on 3rd May to receive the National Award for her role in the film “
Tanu Weds Manu Returns
” by Anand L. Rai. She along with her parents, sister Rangoli and brother attended the prestigious ceremony. Amardeep Ranaut expressed his happiness and pride as a father to a daughter who wins her third National Award.
As she received the award from President Pranab Mukherjee, she seemed really happy with strength and pride flashing in her eyes. The actress looked stunning in a silver-pink gown by designer Georges Chakra from Beirut coupled with a classic bob hair cut- a look similar to her look in the actress’ upcoming film Rangoon.
As the actress entered, she greeted

and his family who were seated on the first row; he was present there to receive his fourth National Award for his performance in Soojit Sircar’s Piku.
