Irrfan questioned about the practice of sacrifice in Islam and said that sacrificing is giving something that is close to us and not the goat that could be bought for money. He also said that people follow the rituals and sacrifices without the exact reason behind it. Irrfan also criticized fasting. He asked the Islamic friends to question about terrorism instead of maintaining silence. The Islamic heads who got irked with the comments by Irrfan asked him to concentrate only on his films and not to comment the rituals and beliefs.
