The movie is about the wealthy man Prem who falls in love with Suman daughter of mechanic Karan friend of Kishan, Prem’s father. Kishan does not approve their love and asks Suman to leave. Karan takes his daughter back to his village enraged by the behavior of Kishan. Prem however returns to get back his love. He works hard in fields and finally gets his love back. Salman received the award of best male debut for the movie.
