Top 10 Most Disappointed Bollywood Movies

Top 10 Most Disappointed Bollywood Movies Hindi Article

Often audiences are swayed by a movie's first impressions and have high expectations for it. Sometimes, however, the films disappoint the audience because they are only passable. Despite prominent stars, huge budgets, beautiful settings, and excellent marketing, movies' box office earnings are insufficient. While several films have joined the "100 crore club" thanks to their cast, script, and directing brilliance as seen on the big screen, other movies fall flat with moviegoers and end up not even making back their actual production costs. Today, we look at some of the most disappointing Bollywood movies.

The movie is a complete failure compared to its alleged budget of Rs 75 crore.

5. Bombay Velvet Click to look into! >> Read More... (2015)

Anurag Kashyap’s filmography is stellar, except for Bombay Velvet. It featured Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles. The gorgeous teasers increased fan anticipation for the movie.

6. Love Aaj Kal Click to look into! >> Read More... (2020)

Imtiaz Ali disappointed his fans again, and this time he managed to ruin the legacy of the earlier version of the same name. A supposed love story spanning two decades, Love Aaj Kal might be the most anti-Valentine’s movie ever.

To recreate the 1990s, Imtiaz uses the easiest and laziest method of nostalgia: movie songs. Sara Ali Khan’s performance was one of the worst of the year. This movie was truly disappointing.

7. Bhuj: The Pride Of India (2021)

Audiences generally expect a great experience while watching a war movie, from top-notch writing, direction, acting, and VFX shots. Bhuj was an utter disappointment in every mentioned aspect.
