Syed Amir Haider Kamal Naqvi or Kamal Amrohi was a screenwriter and director of films. He was born on 17 January 1918 in Amroha, United Provinces of Agra and Oudh. He went to Lahore for studying. Then he shifted to Mumbai to work. He died on 11 February 1993 in Bombay, Maharashtra. Here is the list of films directed by him.

1. Razia Sultan

The film Razia Sultan is about biography. It shows the life of Razia Sultan. She was the only female sultan of Delhi. She was born in 1205 and died in 1240. She ruled from 1236 to 1240. She had a love affair with an Abyssinian slave. He was Jamal-ud-Din Yakut. It was released in 1983. People think that they are father and daughter. Now, the doctor comes and finds that they both have the same symptoms of a disease. Sharan is their neighbor. He is attracted to her. 5. Mahal

Mahal is a horror film. It shows the reincarnation of a ghost. There is a beautiful palace in Allahabad. It is abandoned. Hari Shankar is the new owner of the palace. He comes to stay there.
