After supreme court’s decision of criminalizing homosexuality, Big B made tweets that were in disapproval to supreme court’s act 377 in 2013. 2. Anupam Kher

62-year-old Bollywood actor, Anupam Kher, supports LGBT. He supported KASHISH Mumbai International Queer Film Festival, an annual LGBT event that screens films based on LGBT. Being Free is what he believes. He made tweets disapproving Supreme courts 377 act that criminalizes same-sex intercourse.

3. Celina Jaitly

Bollywood actress and Miss India 2001 winner, Celina Jaitley supports LGBT. She supports LGBT prominently. Celina participated in Mumbai Gay Pride March to support LGBT community. Celina relaunched “Bombay Dost”, India’s first gay magazine in Mumbai. She was praise with the title “International Grand Marshall” for her selfless efforts towards LGBT community. KASHISH Mumbai International Queer Film Festival had Celina as their Ambassador. Celina sang for a music video to encourage, promote and accept LGBT rights in India. After Supreme court’s decision on criminalizing same-sex intercourse, Celina tweeted in opposition to Act 377.

Bollywood beauty Dia Mirza supports LGBT community. She made tweets in criticism to Supreme court’s decision on criminalizing same-sex intercourse.

5. Farhan Akhtar

Bollywood actor and Rockstar Farhan Akhtar supports LGBT. He believes that we only live once, so why can’t we love whatever we want. Farhan believes and walks on the path of principles of Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobaara. He condemned Supreme courts introduction of Act 377 criminalizing same-sex intercourse. Bollywood biggest producer and director, Karan Johar supports LGBT. He who was himself questioned about his sexuality strongly supported LGBT. He was against Supreme Court’s Act 377, that encouraged punishment to LGBT community. He showed disapproval through his tweets.

Bollywood Actress and Politician, Kirron Kher supports LGBT. In Karan Johar’s Dostana, Kirron played a role of a mother accepting her son’s gay affair. She supports LGBT prominently in her real life. She wants to educate people about what homosexuality exactly is. She wishes to eradicate the thought of being Gay/Lesbian is a crime. She believes that everyone has their preferences and choices. She believes in freedom of choice.
