1. Raftaar

Do you know Dilin Nair? How could you just know him in that name, but surely you may be knowing him in his fame name Raftaar! The rapper, and also known as a poet with little bits of swag. He was born in Trivandrum in Kerala. He was a member of 'Honey Singh' band named "Mafia Munder" and later separated from it. He is known for his Bollywood soundtracks Whistle Baja, The Pappi song, Let's talk about Love etc. Rather than the rapper he is a lyricist and a dancer. He has been a participant in various TV shows. His record breaking doing was "Swag Mera Desi".

2. Vidya Balan

This actress who has won the National Film Award for playing the lead role in the biopic of Silk Smitha' - “The Dirty Picture” is a malayali. She is born to a malayali family in Palakkad district of Kerala. She was signed for a Malayalam film which was completed and had to stop in its half stage. Initially, she struggled a bit to show her talent but later she somehow managed it. She is known as a Bollywood actress. She has worked in various films with well known actors like Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Naseeruddin Shah, Shahid Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar etc. She has acted in films like Paa, Kahani, Bobby Jhasoos, Shaadi ke Side Effects and many more. She has also done TV soap opera 'Hum Paanch' in 1995. She has also played a leading role in a Bengali film 'Bhalo Theko' by Goutam Halder. She has been very good in acting different women centralised roles. She has also won numerous awards, including Filmfare award and Screen awards. She is married to the film producer Siddharth Roy Kapur.

3. Remo Dsouza

The dancer, choreographer, actor and film director all in one celebrity Remo Dsouza was born as Ramesh Gopi Nair to a malayali Nair family - Gopi Nair and Madhavi. He was later converted to Christianity. Most of the public is unaware of his native. When the media was showing about South Indian Personalities who has won National Award in 2016, they left to show Remo as he won the Award for best choreographer for the song 'Deewani Mastani' from Bajirao Mastani. He entered into Bollywood in 1995 and later in 2007 he proved himself as a Director by directing his first film in Bengali "Lal Paharer Katha". Later, he directed three Bollywood films respectively in 2011, 2013 and in 2015. His films were F.A.L.T.U, ABCD (Any Body Can Dance) and ABCD 2. He has mainly focused on the struggles and problems of youngsters who struggle to follow their passion. He has worked for a number of Bollywood items and albums. He is most popularly known to public for judging various dance reality shows.

4. Asin

Asin Thottumkal or also known as Asin is familiar to all of India as she is a very talented actress of Bollywood, Tollywood, Mollywood and Kollywood industries respectively. She is one of those only few actresses who knows 8 languages and dubs all her films. She was born in Kochi to Joseph and Seline Thottumkal. She made her acting debut in Sathyan Anthikad directed film 'Narendran Magan Jaykanthan Vaga' starring Kunchacko Boban, while she was 15. After completing her education in Kerala, she returned to films. After her studies, she shifted to Mumbai. After a break, she acted in Telugu and Tamil films where she won numerous awards there. Starting from there she hit all the box offices in which all she acted. Her Bollywood debut was 'Ghajini' and continued in Bollywood with some other hit movies like "Ready", "Dabangg", and "Houseful 2" etc.

5. Raja Krishna Menon

Krishna Menon is the son of 'T. P. Madhavan', one of the best Malayalam film supporting actors. He was an engineering student, but he never found value and passion in that. He was thirsty about something else which he found in the media world. So he started as advertisement director and has directed around 300 advertisements which was were eye-catching. Krishna Menon was later turned into the trailer making of Bollywood films. His creation of trailers included movies like, Raja Hindustani, Army, Loafer and some more. His first direction was 'Bas Gun Hi' in 2003, following his second film 'Barah Aana' in 2009 and his third and latest box office was ' Airlift'. He was the force.
