Hakim Ahmad Shuja is an Urdu and Persian Poet, Playwright, Film Writer, Writer, and Lyricist. He migrated from Arabia, Afghanistan, and Turkey to India in the 20th century. He has been believed to be among the direct descendants of Abdul Qadir Giliani, Abu Ayyub alansari, and Abdul Wahid Bin Zaid. Also, from his mother side were among the Sadozai Tribe who ruled Afghanistan. Shuja was the only son of his parents, who died when he was a minor. He received his education in Arabic and Quranic Language and later joined Central Model School in Lahore for English Education. Further, he went to Aligarh Muslim University to completing his Honours. Additionally, he decided to become a lecturer at Osmania University in Hyderabad State. Eventually and gradually ,after many ventures, he became the secretariat of the Punjab Legislative Assembly. He retired in 1950. Hakim Ahmad Shuja was a wonderful and consistent writer.
