Nadeem Baig started his career as a television director and has directed several popular TV serials such as Omer Dadi Aur Gharwale (2012), Pyarey Afzal (2013), Ladies Park Ladies Park is an Urdu drama series aired on the C >> Read More... (2011), and Annie Ki Ayegi Baraat (2012). He also directed Meray Paas Tum Ho, which was the highest-rated drama of 2019 and was shown by ARY Digital. In addition, he co-produced Takkay Ki Ayegi Baraat and Azar Ki Ayegi Baraat. He made his Lollywood debut with the comedy film Jawani Phir Nahi Ani (2015), which was a huge success at the box office. He then directed the romantic comedy film Punjab Nahi Jaungi (2017), which became the second-highest-grossing Pakistani film and won him the Best Director Award by Lux Style.

He was nominated for the Best Film Director award at the 18th Lux Style Awards for Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 in 2018.
