Telugu Sports

A sport refers to any physical activity that is played either individually or in a team. A Sport could be played indoors such as table tennis or basketball in a court and can be played outside in the open on a playground. A Sport is played by a sportsperson or a team player if he/she belongs to a team. Sports are played where either an individual or team competes against another or others for some winning title, prize money or entertainment. Sports are highly encouraged by the government and authorities.

The ‘Olympics’ which is held in specific pre-decided countries around the world is the largest worldwide known sports events held for the sports lovers. Sportspersons if really interested to pursue sports as their profession try to win scholarships and get better opportunities at major sports events. They practice their skills and train at the particular sport. Many sports are universally known such as cricket, football, archery, running, and hockey, shooting, basketball, golf, etc. They could be both individual and team games. Many sportspersons young and after retiring have now shifted to other areas such as the politics of a state or the entertainment industry such as acting in films and TV shows with the help of their popularity.
