Sports A Fitness Maker

A sport refers to any physical activity that is played either individually or in a team. A Sport could be played indoors such as table tennis or basketball in a court and can be played outside in the open on a playground. A Sport is played by a sportsperson or a team player if he/she belongs to a team.
