Shri had a strategy to marry a well to do girl, who will take care of all the expenses in his life, but it failed as the girl he fell for was already stuck with her life and needs help. It became the first project of his career as a producer. The film was the debut of the director Kala Sandeep. Hence, he and Lakshmi co-produced the movie.
