Archana aka Veda Sastry is an Indian Model/Actress, who mainly works in the Telugu movies. She featured in a few Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam movies. She initially appeared with the screen name Veda Sastry, but later changed her name to Archana. She is among the 14 contestants of Bigg Boss Telugu reality show.

Archana was born in Hyderabad, Telangana on October 8th, 1989. She completed her schooling and college from the same city. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She learned dancing from her childhood, and she is a professionally trained Kuchipudi dancer. She started her acting career with the Tapana movie in 2004 as Veda.

She got three more movies in the same year including Nenu, Kochem Touchlo Vunte Cheputanu Suryam. Archana impressed everyone with her amazing performance in small roles offered in the first few movies. She continues to choose selective characters in further years. The movie features Siddharth and Trisha in lead roles. Aside from Telugu movies, Archana acted in a few Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada movies. However, many of them are small budget and not so-success movies, so she went unnoticed. She is among the 15 participants of Bigg Boss Season 1, which hosted by Junior NTR. The popular and controversial reality show aired on Star Maa channel.
