Those, who don’t believe in destiny, will surely do after they know how their favorite villain, Vamsi Krishna became one. Vamsi is an Indian film actor who does Telugu and Tamil movies. The tall and hunky boy was born in Visakhapatnam and belongs to a family of doctors, but never wanted to be one. He wanted to start up his own business, and so he went to London for a management course.
He would not have been what he is today if in 2013 he had not accidently met director
Gautham Menon. Such a coincidence is very rare, and anyone would wish it to happen to them. He was coming back home when by chance his seat was booked next to director Gautham. They started chatting about films, and he offered Vamsi a role in his upcoming movie. Vamsi was amazed and accepted the offer and played the supporting role in the film, Gharshana in 2004.
He played the lead role in the Telegu film, Oka V Chitra which was unsuccessful but that did not stop him from working hard. He once played a villain who was liked by the audience and directors and since then he has been the bad boy in films. He loves his character of a baddie as he has always been one in his college life, so it easy to act that way. He is not interested in playing a good boy as he thinks villains are noticed equally as lead roles are, and thus he gets more attention.
In Magizh Thirumeni’s movie Thadaiyara Thaakka his bold and evil role got him noticed. He wants to work with directors like
Anurag Kashyap, Vishal Bharadwaj, and A.R. Murugadoss as he thinks that actors are like clay and directors mold them up, and these directors are the best in doing it. Though now he is a star and many people know and love him, he loves to spend time with his family and friends when he is free. He donned a village goon character in the Dhanush film, Naiyyandi. He is in all praise for Dhanush and his dear friend,
Vikram Prabhu in Ivan Vera Mathiri whom he calls his ‘blood brother’. People love super heroes, but his evil character is equally loved by all.
