Suresh KV

Suresh KV is an Indian writer, producer, director and cinematographer, and currently lives in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. He has been around the scene for a while and is primarily renowned for directing AvasaranikoAbaddam (2016). While establishing himself in the industry, he was employed by numerous production houses throughout his career.

Between 1992 and 2011, Suresh credited as a cinematographer for six different movies. He debuted as a cinematographer in Oriya films like Ghara Mora Swarga (1992) and Dharma Debata (2001), which were well received. Continuing on his journey behind the camera, he served as a cinematographer for various Malayalam films such as Symphony (2004), Adv. Lakshmanan Ladies Only (2010),

Maharaja Talkies (2011) and Manushya Mrugam (2011), all of which found lukewarm success at the box office. Nevertheless, he went on and made his directorial debut with the horror/ thriller Telugu film, AvasaranikoAbaddam (2016), which garnered positive reviews. He also served as its producer, screenplay writer, and story writer, and was lauded for keeping the audience enthralled with a gripping narrative despite having a low budget.

He is known to work most often with Vijay J, SaiKarthik, and LokeshChinnaga. He promotes most of his work via his Twitter handle @bysureshkv (Suresh KV) and his YouTube channel of the same name.
