Madhu Mahankali's hometown is Rajahmundry, in Andhra Pradesh. Later he moved to Hyderabad, Telangana. He is best known for his work in Telugu films. He lives in Hyderabad, Telangana. Madhu Mahankali is an accomplished filmmaker, but his expertise is in cinematography. He studied at one of the best film schools in India, the Film and Television Institute of India. He was part of the 1986 batch.
He began his educational journey from 1973. He attended Municipal High School in his hometown of Rajahmundry, India. There, he found passion and a foundation for his successful career.
