Gutha Ramineedu was born on 5 October 1927, in a small village called Chataparru in Andhra Pradesh. He is a widely known director, actor, and producer in Telugu cinema. He was an Indian director who worked in Telugu cinema. His family included his wife, his three daughters and his son. He is best known for his films like Maa Inti Lakshmi (1959), Chivaraku Migiledi (1960), Palnati Yuddham (1966) and Bangaru Sankellu (1968). He entered the world of cinema in 1954, wherein he worked as an assistant director for films like Charana Daasi (1956).
