Omkar is a well-known TV anchor from Telugu. He has hosted some of the popular Telugu TV shows. Before him, TV anchors were mostly women and Omkar’s success was really exceptional since he was almost leading against some of the big names in the same industry. Being private and infrequent public appearances assists him in building his image. He was a VJ in the Aditya Music, which is now the Gemini Music, when he just started. Later on, he became the host of many television shows under Zee Telugu. He also hosted the popular “ Jackpot Click to look into! >> Read More... ”. When he is finally settled, he constructed a Dance show with a concept similar to some of the Hindi TV dance shows and initiated it under Zee Telugu. He was the director-producer and at the same time, he is the anchor of the show. Aata gained massive fame and success. Since then, he started directing and producing shows like 100%, Challenge, Mayadweepam, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Adrustham and more. Omkar was also the director of the movie, Genius. Omkar also started the OK Entertainment and since then, he tried to equalize his job as a doctor and being an anchor, and put some effort on managing his time. The passion of viewers for the reality TV started and Omkar found that suddenly, his life started to change for the better. Because of being competitive, he pulled some tricks from his own ideas and learned what will work best. Omkar’s shows gained so many controversies, but for Omkar, if his shows were being criticised because for putting up too many gimmicks and melodramas, the show is gaining popularity for the actors or actresses involved and for him too.
