Bini Samal is a producer cum actress from the Odia film industry. Bini is also addressed with the name Saubhagyalaxmi Jena. Bini is married to producer cum actor Nihar Samal. The couple has a son, Animesh Samal. Animesh is a doctor by profession. Bini produced movies, bhajan videos, dramas, and album songs in Odia under the production banner Saishradha Teleproduction Pvt. Ltd. The production banner has been in the field for more than 25 years. Bini won the state award for her production ventures twice, once in 2014 and the other in 2015. Along with Bini, Animesh Samal and Nihar Samal own the production house.

Bini produces TV serials too. Pani Grahana, a telefilm, is one of her production ventures. Bini's TV serials are aired on MBC TV, Zee Sarthak, Colors Odia, Manjari TV, Tarang TV, and DD. Bini produced the TV serials Sakalara Apekhyare in 1998, Na Dekhila Loke Dekha in 1999, and Sakala Surya from 2000 to 2003 for Doordarshan.
