Rohini Ninawe began working as a writer (only as a hobby) in 1997 when she first wrote the dialogues for the TV series Damini, which ran from 1997 to 2007. After that, she began a career in dialogue writing and started with the TV series Avantika. She also wrote dialogues for the TV series Avaghachi Sansaar in 2002, but only for one episode. She fulfilled the role of story writer and screenplay writer for the same TV series. Besides, she does dialogues and screenplay writing for many other TV series, including Paalkhi (2005 to 2007),
